Booking Orders

You can visit the services page , click to open a service of your choice and select the option to “Book Now”.

The service will then be added to your cart and you can proceed to checkout if wish to.

Once your service is booked we get notified and we assign your service to one of our team members.

They will then contact you to further understand your requirements and then share a final quote with you as per your budget and needs.

Once you approve the final quotation and make the payment, your services will be activated within 48 hours.

You will be sent a daily report of the work performed under the service you chose.

At the end of each term of service you shall be sent a final report of the performance.

Yes, you can!

Once you Book a service it gets added to the cart so you can browse to the next service page and book that an so soon add as many services in your cart as you wish.

Accounts and Wishlist

Once you create an account here you will be able to track and access your service or list of services.

You have delete account option at the end in the Account Menu.

Or you can visit your account page and find the Delete Account option at the end of the dashboard menu items.

You have Wishlist option on third number in the Account Menu.

Or you can visit your account page and find the Wishlist option under the orders tab of the dashboard menu items.

Personal Information

Our team will require access to your business accounts such as Instagram, Facebook. LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google Business, etc. to perform the services.

Once the term of service is ended we will inform you to further change the credentials.

We shall then have no further access to your business accounts.

You will only be asked the credentials of the accounts we cover in your service package.

You will be asked to provide the new credentials and the service will be paused till we regain the access.

We suggest you to inform us in advance if you wish to change your login credentials in order to avoid delays and inconsistency in the performance of the service.

You will be sent a daily report of the work performed under the service you chose.

You can also manually track your social media accounts’ performance by viting the insights and the responses.

At the end of each term of service you shall be sent a final report of the performance.
